Notes

Steeped grains while water was coming up to 160 degrees and 15 minutes after that. Added extract and brought to boil. Added hops at 60 and wort chiller at 15 along with Irish moss and yeast nutrient. Cooled to 58 degrees and sprinkled on US-05.
