Batch Size: 6.00 gal

Brewer: Mike Young
Boil Size: 6.80 gal Asst Brewer:
Boil Time: 60 min Equipment: Brew Pot (8 gal) and Cooler (48 qt)
Taste Rating(out of 50): 40.0 Brewhouse Efficiency: 75.00
Taste Notes: Flavor and hop character was great on this beer. The only downside was it was a bit too dark in color. Even though it was listed as 13 SRM, the acutal color was closer to 18 or 20. Will brew again, but omit the chocolate malt.
