Notes

Tasting Notes 9/4/2013 - This beer took awhile to come around. When I first put it on tap, I wasn't a huge fan. I didn't really "lager" it, so the lagering basically happened in the kegerator. After about a month at cold temps, the flavor rounded out and really turned into a nice beer. The dark malts balance well with the somewhat dry finish. Low hop bitterness balances the beer well.
