Used 2/3 of a yeast cake from the Belgian Pale
Tasting Notes - 9/5/2013: Alcohol has mellowed over time with this beer. Subtle spicy notes with balanced fruity esters. Clean and crisp finish. I'll be bottling the remainder of this batch (should be about 6 bombers) and keeping it around for the colder winter months.
