Notes

12/9/2013 - Added all the sparge water to the mash and did one running. Pitched yeast around 78 degrees to ferment on the warm side.
1/19/2014 - Kegged and saved yeast. Subtle fruity flavor from the yeast paired well with the Amarillo hops. Put it in the kegerator to carbonate and serve.
