Notes

7/14/14 - Added 2oz Columbus and 1oz Simcoe to the primary.
7/21/14 - Kegged. FG was a little high and the beer had a very pronounced hop bitterness. Hop flavor seemed to be lacking based on the bitterness. Added 1 oz Simcoe and 1 oz Centennial to the keg.
7/28/14 - Carbonated. Flavor is still extremely bitter and resiny & piney notes. The extra dry-hops in the keg didn't provide the brighter hop notes I was looking for. Whatever doesn't get served at JCHH will likely get dumped out.
