Notes

9/25/2014 - Accidently added two different yeast strains. Oh well.
10/20/2014 - Kegged. Added 1 can of Apple Juice concentrate along with 1.5 tsp potassium sorbate. Put in the kegerator right away to carbonate. Clean and crisp flavor with nice apple notes.
