Notes

Brew Day - split into two fermenters & topped up with water. SG=1.040. Split one packet of US-05 between the fermenters.
5/30/15 - Dry Hopped both batches with 2 oz of hops.
6/4/15 - Kegged both batches. Mosaic batch had huge tropical fruit flavor and aroma. Galaxy batch seemed more similar to citra or simcoe. Put Galaxy batch in the kegerator to chill down and carbonate.
6/11/15 - Bittering is a little strong for this batch. Next time, I'll tone down the bittering addition.
