Notes

9/9/2015 - Brew Day. Volume was a bit high, had some issues with the first runnings not draining completely, added a little table sugar to get gravity up, and also boiled for 90 minutes to reduce volume.
9/24/2015 - Transferred onto 2 split & scraped vanilla beans. SG=1.018. Hopefully it drops another couple points, but the flavor was great.
10/8/2015 - Kegged. FG=1.018. Nice vanilla notes. Added 350ml Jim Beam to keg.
