Notes

11/18/2015 - Brew Day - Mash temp was a little high at the start, but I got it down to 150-152 with some ice cubes. Fermentation started around 70 degrees and maintained 68-70 for a few days.
12/15/2015 - Kegged. Nice malt character, low hopping, crisp finish. Put in kegerator to carbonate.
