Notes

Brew Day - split into two fermenters & topped up with water. SG=1.040. Split one packet of US-05 between the fermenters.
4/7/15 - Added 1oz Citra & 1oz Simcoe to each fermenter.
4/13/15 - Kegged both. FG=1.010. Great hop flavor and aroma. This will be great at the wedding. Glad I made two batches so I'll have one to drink after.
