Notes

4/20/2017 - Kegged. FG = 1.022 (higher than expected). The flavor was nice and malty and not overly sweet due to the higher FG which is good. Firm hop bitterness with mild hop flavor. I put this one into the kegerator to cool down and carbonate do drink right away.
5/2/2017 - Nice malt profile overall, but the hops seem to be more restrained than I was expecting. Still a good malty beer, but would up the hops next time by quite a bit.
