Notes

6/20/2018 - Add 2 oz Ekuanot hops to fermenter. Planning to keg after 4 or 5 days.

6/5/2018 - Brew Day - The hops were vac-packed, but the aroma was not as bright as I was hoping, so I decided against using them as dry-hjops. I also supplimented them with some Centennial to bring some more complexity to the hop profile. Planning on dry-hopping with some Ekuanot hops rather than the HBC 342 as well. Finished the brew day and cleanup in under 3 hours.

6/27/2018 - Kegged. FG = 1.010. Dry-hop character was not as strong as I had hoped. The bitterness seemed a little overly sharp. Maybe due to using Centennial instead of my normal Magnum. Hopefully more hop character comes out as the beer sits in the keg waiting to be tapped.
