Notes

7/24/2019 - Brew Day - Chilled to 80 degrees and pitched yeast. Brought updatirs to ferment warm. The temp strip on the fermenter wasn't showing a temp and it goes up to 80 degrees, so the beer must have fermented highter than that the entire time. Finished fermenting in a couple days at the warmer temperature.
8/3/2019 - Transferred to secondary & added dry-hops. FG=1.010. Fruity yeast character and balanced hops. Saved the yeast cake into 4 plastic bottles to reuse on other hoppy beers.
