Taste Notes: Great peanut butter flavor from the extract! I will definitely be making another batch similar to this one. Might increase the roast character to help balance the PB flavor.

Notes

9/5/2019 - Brew Day - Hit all my numbers, and the short & shoddy process seemed to work very well! Chilled and transferred to primary in basement to ferment cooler.
9/?/2019 - Kegged. FG=1.010. Subtle chocolate notes and a decent porter by itself. Added 2 oz PB extract and put in the kegerator to carb and server quickly.
10/16/2019 - The keg is almost gone. The PB character is pronounced but not overwhelming. Really like what the PB extract does to darker beers! I may try making another batch and only using an oz to see if more of the beer character comes through.
