Notes

10/12/2019 - Transferred onto 3 split and scraped vanilla beans. SG=1.020. Subtle chocolate and roast notes, smooth overall finish. Should be great with the vanilla and Bourbon when kegged.
10/21/2019 - Kegged. FG=1.020. Subtle vanilla notes. Needed to keg the beer for a party, so I had to keg a little early. Added 350ml Jim Beam to keg before transferring.
