Notes

4/12/2020 - used AJ fruit cocktail from Hy-Vee that I bought on accident instead of 100% juice. Fermented upstairs since the basement was a bit too cool.

4/30/2020 - Added 2oz Hallertau Blanc hops to the primary and brought fermenter downstairs to finish cooler.

/2020 - Kegged with one can of frozen AJ concentrate along with 1 TB potassium sorbate.
