Notes

5/14/2020 - Brew Day - *Added 1tsp gypsum to the boil since I had it sitting around and always forget to add it to hoppy beers* Didn't add any bittering hops since I wanted to really see what El Dorado hops are like since I haven't used it before. Chilled to 71 degrees in about 15-20 minutes and pitched yeast. Will keep in the basement to ferment cooler.
