Notes

10/7/2020 - SG=1.024 - Took sample to check fermentation. Flavor is still a little sharp, but getting close to FG if it's not already there. I'm going to give it a few more days before transferring to secondary onto the vanilla beans just to be sure.

12/1/2020 - Bottled the rest of the keg off in bombers, along with a 6-pack of bottles to share for JCHH. Planning on giving a couple bombers to several friends since we couldn't have a big birthday party for Rachel this year.
