Taste Notes: Great peanut butter flavor from the extract! I will definitely be making another batch similar to this one. Might increase the roast character to help balance the PB flavor.

Notes

12/2/2020 - Kegged - FG=1.014. Subtle chocolate and roast notes with smooth malt sweetness. First time using the Cali yeast, and it produced a nice clean fermentation profile. Added around 1oz of PB extract and racked on top. Put into the kegerator right away to carbonate and serve. May need to add more PB extract, but I will see after it's carbed.
