Notes

Brew Day - I didn't have any carafa II malt, so I ended up subbing in the last of my Blackswain Coffee Malt. I still ground the malt fine and added it to the end of the mash right before runoff, but it made the beer more of an amber color than red.

Kegged 6/29/2021 - FG = 1.006 - Very clear with a deep amber color. Flavor was light and crisp.
