Notes

8/30/2021 - Brew Day - SG was a little low going into the boil, so I boiled a bit harder than usual. Chilled to around 75 degrees and pitched yeast. Put in a water bath to help keep fermentation temp down a bit.

9/??/2021 - FG=1.020 - Split, scraped, and chopped 2 vanilla beans, added to secondary, and racked beer on top.

10/6/2021 - Kegged - Nice vanilla note with a clean and smooth finish. Some roast lingers in the finish with some slight alcohol warmpth. Added 350ml Jack Daniels to keg.
