Notes

9-2-2021 - Brew Day - Short & Shoddy brew day done in around 2 hours. Pithced yeast around 85 degrees.

9/7/2021 - Flavor was nice, but there was a bit of hop burn like I've experienced in other batches. Transferred to secondary fermenter onto dry hops & saved 5 containers of the Kveik yeast to use on future batches.

9/13/2021 - Kegged - Didn't taste going into the keg since the volume was a bit low. Put directly into the kegerator to chill and carb.

8/14/2021 - Added 1 tsp gelatin dissolved in 1/2 cup boiling water. I read that this may reduce hop burn without stripping too much hop flavor. Figured it was worth a try since I was already adding gelatin to my O-Fest.

10/3/2021 - gelatin
