Notes

1/14/2022 - Brew Day - Used the grain bag again and left it in the bottom of the BZ while pulling the malt pipe up to sparge. This worked very well again and allowed me to sparge quickly as before. This will become my standard process with the BZ system. After the boil, I chilled to 60 degrees in about 30-40 minutes and pumped into the fermzilla, pitched my saved W-34/70 yeast, aerated with the mix-n-stir, and set the spunding valve to 10psi.

1/31/22 - Kegged - FG=1.010 - Made a little picnic tap hose to take a gravity reading under pressure before transferring to a pressurized keg. Flavor was very clean with some nice floral hop notes coming through. Looking like a great batch to have on tap once the weather warms up a bit.
