Notes

3/21/22 - Brew Day - I wanted to do a S&S batch, but I decided to mash the whole 60 minutes because of the oats, and I collected a little too much volume, so I boiled the full 60 minutes as well. Added spices at times indicated and chilled to around 70 degrees in about 25 minutes. Pitched WB-06 while transferring to the fermenter (bucket) to get some aeration.
