Notes

7/1/2022 - Brew Day

7/11/2022 - Kegged & Saved yeast - FG=1.010 - Not as much banana flavor and aroma as I wanted. I fermented a little on the low side, which I thought would bring out more banana esters, but the flavors were pretty subtle. I may add some kind of fruit or other flavoring to the keg or just dose per glass with the Amoretti flavoring. I ended up saving 4 containers of yeast, so I may share that with people at the beer club to see if they want to give it a try.
