Notes

10/4/2022 - Brewed with Lee from IBU for the Miller Malting competition. We went with a festbier, so hopefully with pressure fermenting under 10 psi and a bit warmer, we can speed it along a bit.

10/23/22 - Added keg to fridge to chill and lager.

10/24/2022 - Added 1 tsp gelatin mixed into 1/2 cup boiling water to the keg and shook. It still needs a little more carbonation, so hopefully the gelatin will help it clear and condition faster.

10/30/2022 - added an additional round of gelatin to help clear out before JCHH

11/4/2022 - Served this at JCHH. It was still cloudy, but there was a nice malt sweetness that balanced the late-addition hops. I may try something similar in the future with a mix of Pilsner & Munich malts with some added CaraMunich malt and more modern American hop varieties.
