Notes

10/26/2022 - Brew Day - Short mash & boil. I ran out of my 2020 Mosaic hops, so I increased the amount of El Dorado to make up for it rather than opening the new pack from 2021. I'll open that for dry hopping and store in the rinsed out Mosaic jar. Chilled to around 74 degrees and pitched saved Sundew yeast.

11/2/2022 - Added 1oz of Mosaic & El Dorado and .5oz Sabro to fermenter. Plan to keg in 5-7 days.
