Notes

1/5/2022 - Kegged - FG=1.010 - Coconut flavor wasn't as strong as I would have watned, but it was balanced with the beer base. I wasn't getting much vanilla, but we'll see if that comes through once the beer ages a bit. Volume was a bit low due to issues with racking off the coconut. Next time, I need to just use a bag for the coconut so I can pull it out easily. Added 250 ml of Jim Beam at kegging to provide a little more complexity and a bit of mock barrel aging quality that I seemed to pick up off the Death by Coconut beer, even though it wasn't stated as a process..
