Notes

2/20/2023 - Brew Day - Mashed a bit on the high side (158), so hopefully that won't create too much unfermentable sugars. Having a higher FG wouldn't necessarily be a bad thing though, as that would blanace the hop profile a bit better. Didn't add any hops to the boil, only in whirlpool for 10 minutes at 185 degrees. Chilled to 65 degrees after that and pitched yeast.

2/25/2023 - added dry hops to primary

3/2/2023 - Kegged - FG 1.010 - Very fruity and tropical hop flavor and aroma. Clean bitterness.
