10/5/2023 - Brew Day - Added 2 gallons Hy-Vee Apple Juice Cocktail and 1 gallon Hy-Vee 100% juice. Didn't take a gravity reading. Added one 5oz pack of Fermentis SafCider yeast. The yeast didn't have a number after it, so maybe it was one of their first versions before they isolated a few different strains?
